Un thé matcha très fin et doux. Ce thé matcha de haute qualité provient de l'agriculture biologique.
Préparation du thé matcha : Pour 100 ml de thé matcha, versez environ 1 g de poudre de thé matcha dans un bol. Ajoutez de l’eau bouillante refroidie à 80 °C et fouettez rapidement avec un fouet Chasen jusqu’à l’obtention d’une mousse onctueuse.
